GUIDE has well stocked library with 1500+ books covering various disciplines of ecological sciences including dry-land ecology and biodiversity. It has good collection of technical reports (around 600). It subscribes several journals of repute and newsletters. The library is major source of literature for scholars working on dryland issues. The library also has subscription of electronic journals through JSTOR.

Latest audiovisual equipment enable documenting and cataloging different research activities and caring out conservation awareness and capacity building programs.
